House Rules

THE RULES

  • 01Come straight to the venue.
  • 02Bring valid ID for proof of age.
  • 03Don't loiter in parking lot or any other public areas.
  • 04Please do not disturb our neighbors.
  • 05Limit contact sharing.
  • 06Absolutely no ratchet behavior.
  • 07Theft is strictly prohibited — future invites will be revoked.
  • 08Hygiene is always important.
  • 09Getting an invite does not guarantee admittance into the space.

POLICIES

No Recordings

We do not allow recordings of any kind inside our spaces. Violation results in immediate removal and revocation of future invites.

No Hard Drugs

Hard drugs are strictly prohibited and against our terms and conditions. 420 friendly per Maryland personal use law (BYOT).

21+ Only

All persons must be 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued ID required at the door.

Strict Door Events

Saturday and Sunday events enforce a strict door. You must be in shape (flat stomach only) to attend. An invite does not guarantee entry.

Hygiene Required

Personal hygiene is a mandatory standard for all guests. Please come clean and presentable.

Masculine Men Only

Our events cater exclusively to masculine-presenting men. This is a core part of our community identity.
